You get these from attaining Rank 7 for ixali, unlocking a long line of quests for ALL the beast tribes. You get an extra minion from them, basically the recoloured version. That Direwolf is pretty badass though.

Does anyone else notice this lone carbuncle on the wagon in Mor Dhona? A few days ago i thought a player placed it there, yesterday i thought the player was still afk there, then today i realised it doesnt belong to anyone.

That sounds kinda....sad.. T^T

The High Allagan Crook. Finally. On the 11th run. I was almost out of hope. Now its just Weii our DRG & whoever our Bard will be, that needs the High Allagan weapon now.
