The quests require you to gather an item from various HM and high level Dungeons. It will appear as you exit the dungeon, like how you receive an atma.
My first one i was doing Wanderer's Palace, and I didnt get it until 20 runs or so. But the next few ones I got lucky, got it on the second run of Aurum Vale (worst dungeon ever) & on a first Pharos Sirius, which was in progress on last boss. :D
