Final Fantasy XIV Eorzea Cafe Trip!

Tada! Im finally getting down to blogging about this. No videos as they didnt allow it ;(

Firstly, we had made reservations on the Lawson's website but it was all in Japanese, and it was really tedious so we gave up. decided to wing our luck and come without reservations. I had read that alot of people had to draw lottery numbers in order to get in. So I was nervous.

We came here around a tuesday, so I guessed there was less people. We reached around 1115am, so we were kind of late already. The Pasela building is quite away from the crowded area of Akihabara, good thing ZH knew where it was. LUCKILY! We didnt see any queues there. There was probably less than 10 people, some were going for the other themed cafes, like the Otomate Cafe which was at the same place.

They give you the menu & a sheet to choose your food first. We didnt get the job coasters as they only give those who made reservations, sadz.

Dont expect the place to be big, it really isnt. What you see here is all of it.

They sat us here, ZH is intently watching the big screen TV. Of the trailer.

Chamomile Tea?

Their Bar has really cool looking bottles! I want them!

Food we ordered:

Ifrit Pizza, like normal thin crust pizza.

The White Mage alcoholic drink. I heard it was good so I got that. Tastes like a Jager Bomb but not so much kick.

The Warrior drink. Wine plus club soda. I dont know why ZH wanted this but it tastes like ASS. It wasnt sweet at all, we tried adding lemon into it but still was baddd. Please dont get this. We had so many pretty drinks to choose from but we kind of got the blandest looking ones.

Beef Stew. Decent too. We almost got the La Noscean toast too, yea we shouldve gotten that.

And the Cream of the crop : Moogle Toast! YAY. This is alot smaller than we expected. I could grab it with one hand. But its good, otherwise alot of bread would go to waste. The honey toast is heavenly, since its a collaboration with Pasela.

I had order an X-potion too but they missed it out. I asked the waitress about it but she didnt understand a lick of English. Even as we spoke slowly and pointed at the menu. Didnt think that would help. She thought we wanted to order another White Mage drink. So she gave us that. Ugh...I shouldve let it go and ordered the other drinks instead.

We shouldve ordered more food, but we were too stuffed already.  I see people who come to theme cafes order a huge amount. And since they gave coasters with it, why not, Sadly, both of us arent big eaters.

You get random coasters with each order. We got 6 of them, and some dupes. So we went to a group and asked if they wanted to trade, and they were more than happy to. :D Now we got all different ones. I was hoping for Shiva as well though.

We stayed for an hour or so, until the timeslot was up. Even then they didnt chase us out, since I guess they werent expecting a crowd. So its best to go on weekdays. They let you choose a GC card to collect stamps in. Obviously we chose Maelstrom. :)

The toilet in Pasela is GORGEOUS. You definitely have to go in. For girls, they have all these hair & beauty products laid out on a table for you to use, free. :O Heaven.

That concludes it! Now I wanna go back there again! ToT
